SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We primarily use the following carriers for our shipments:

The carrier used for your order will depend on your location, the size and weight of your package, and the shipping method you select at checkout.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history
  • Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

5. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically take 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or any additional charges imposed by customs or local tax agencies.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations and restrictions, we may not be able to ship certain products to all locations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing large or heavy items.

7. Order Issues & Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors, building management, or local post office as packages may sometimes be left in a secure location or held for pickup. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
