Return & Refund Policy

At Aryan Jayesh and Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Go to "My Orders" and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click "Request Return" and follow the prompts
  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email

If you checked out as a guest or need assistance, contact us at support@ajandcompany.co.in with your order details.

3. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label
  • For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Bank processing time: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@ajandcompany.co.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
