RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of used items within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to your order history.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Return Items" and follow the instructions to complete the return request form.
  4. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions via email.
  5. Package the item(s) securely with all original packaging and tags attached.
  6. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return.
  7. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please contact our customer service team to request a return shipping label.

Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund processing times:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Debit card refunds: 7-14 business days to appear in your account
  • PayPal refunds: 2-3 business days
  • Store credit: Immediately available in your account

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that your preferred item doesn't sell out while we're processing your return.

For defective items, we offer direct exchanges if the same item is available in our inventory. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange for a defective item.

6. Late or Missing Returns

If you attempt to return an item after the 30-day return period, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit instead of a refund.

Returns that are lost in transit are the responsibility of the customer, unless you use our prepaid return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@ajtrend.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or providing a full refund, including original shipping costs.

For items damaged during return shipping, we will assess the damage upon receipt and contact you to discuss the next steps.

8. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We cannot provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to customs and shipping delays. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
